Aquatica
The award-winning WC team is proud to present Aquatica, a 12-unit apartment development located in Saint Petersburg, directly across the street from serene Bayou Bayfront and down the street from the massive mixed-use redevelopment project, Coquina Key Plaza. Estimated completion 2024.
Azure
Once an operational assisted living facility, the property has been abandoned and will be re-zoned for residential, multifamily use to fulfill housing demand within the city corridor.
The seven-story tower will undergo substantial exterior and interior renovations and will comply with designated architectural plans. Market analysis and traffic studies, combined with strategic vendor partnerships and construction experience, will produce a thriving apartment building that is aesthetically pleasing to the community and efficient in its operation.
Amenities will include a co-working space, elevator, library, on-site leasing office, fitness center, laundry facility, and entertainment space.
Seaside Lofts
Lead by award winning redevelopment team leader, Kurt Westfield, the project was comprised of (32) residential units, ranging from (680 sqft) to (800 sqft), featuring two-bedroom apartment homes, with two-story construction, a newly added laundry facility, on a highly visible lot. The property had undergone massive redevelopment, including: new parking lot w/ striping, branding, exterior paint and sealant, new AC’s, interior renovations (stainless appliances, granite counters, new flooring), perimeter fencing, security features, and more.
Westshore Gardens
A 1900's era South Tampa icon, this boutique apartment building was redeveloped out of foreclosure into a luxury building in the heart of Kennedy & Lois. Featuring all two-bedroom floor-plan and organic garden.
Santorini Square
Santorini Square is located in Tarpon Springs, Florida (Tampa Bay MSA). The building has recently undergone an extensive renovation and is now a turn-key operation. Upgrades and amenities include, but are not limited to, marble hex tile in select bathrooms, white oak vinyl plank flooring, stainless appliances, new landscaping, complete exterior paint and sealant, select updated plumbing, and a one-of-a-kind art mural on face of side wall, by local artist, paying homage to the culture of Tarpon Springs. WC Assets, a real estate redevelopment and leasing firm, has completed a project in North Hyde Park: NOHO Gardens.
Lead by Kurt Westfield, the project consists of (8) residential units, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and features a two-story construction, a laundry facility, on a visible corner lot. The property quickly realized 100% occupancy.
